Do I need to book my visit in advance?
No, it is not mandatory.
Can I buy tickets at the cash desk, without reservation?
Yes
Can I visit the dolphin presentation separately?
that is only possible during Christmas Holidays but not during the rest of the year.
I paid for my tickets online but did not receive them by email. What do I do now?
Did you order tickets online via the Boudewijn Seapark webshop, the amount to be paid has been debited from your account, but you do not receive an order confirmation or link to download your tickets?
Then please send an e-mail to our reception desk with the following information:
– the e-mail address you used to place your order online
– which tickets and how many you ordered
– a screenshot of your bank account with the proof of payment
As a Boudewijn Seapark subscriber, can I get discounts at other amusement parks?
Yes, check the benefits page, each park has a different method.
As a subscriber from a partner park, can I get a discount at Boudewijn Seapark?
Yes, you only pay € 19,50 (tarif 2024) at the gate of Boudewijn Seapark when you can show your valid season pass from one of our partner parks.
I have a free ticket, a Riebedebie (365) pass, a staff pass from one of our partner day attractions, … What do I do now?
Bring these to reception, where you will receive your ticket. You do not have to make a reservation in advance.
I have a Bongo Family voucher, what now?
First activate your voucher on the Bongo website. Then bring this voucher to reception, where you will receive your ticket. You do not have to make a reservation in advance.
Can I pay with sport and culture vouchers, or with consumption vouchers?
You can pay your entrance tickets with sport and culture vouchers at the park reception desk (not online), and only with paper cheques. You pay the full ticket price.
It is not possible to pay with consumption vouchers.
I am a teacher, do I have free access?
Are you the holder of a valid Teacher’s Card or Educpass? Then you can visit the park for free during certain opening days on presentation of your card at the reception desk. Accompanying family members pay only € 20,50 (tarif 2024). You do not have to make a reservation in advance.

Can I enter the park with my dog?
No this is not authorised. In Belgium by law you cannot enter an animal park with a dog.
